Files not working

i have installed carbonio as per "Automatic Script-based Installation" at

when i login to mail, the "Files" link not working, it shows HTTP ERROR 502 error.

In the log, i have

The server is in production so I can't reinstall it. mail service itself works fine, just need these issues fixed.
