Hello everyone. I'd like to install Zextras Carbonio CE on a VPS running Ubuntu 25.04 (or 24.10) LTS, but even after following the procedures outlined on the forum and some tutorials found on other websites, I can't complete the installation and get the solution working.
I should mention that I'm starting each procedure with a freshly installed and up-to-date VPS, and that the FQDN, MX, and other settings are correct.
Here are the guides I've followed:

With these solutions, the installation completes, but I can't access the Carbonio Mail homepage or administration page.
Instead of a 404 error page, I get a page with the Zextras Carbonio logo and a message saying something went wrong.
I also tried the script for automatic installation, but it doesn't work for me, and I don't know why.
I would like to clarify that my need only concerns the Mail, Calendar, and Contacts section, and that the collaborative space is not necessarily required, but it can also be installed.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anyone who could help me please?
If you want to avoid those gray colored removed link, you must use Insert/edit link (looks like a chain link).
Oh, and thank you Zextras for demoting me and post's I make being moderated. You are like youtube, no explanation at all.

try restarting:
systemctl restart carbonio-catalog.service
Or reboot the server so that all required services should get up and running.

Ever since you released 25.9.0 heaps of problems started instantly. Yet it took several days till someone from Zextras responded and even then nothing.
You should have taken this release down! Nothing happened, no explanation, no apology, no fix. People slowly figured it out themself!
Feel free to remove me, as I could not care less. I am Zimbra user and only installed Carbonio CE for testing. From the get go (web.xml missing) I had extreme problem to get it installed and working. Wasted days on end and finally with the help of Telegram Anuhuac and myself figured it out (a workaround for the missing web.xml).
You as a company will have to do much, much better. So, yeah I tell it as I see fit and complain harsh. I also posted comments and offered help or suggestions, to only find people do not come here often to check upon their own posts to see if there was a response. I don't know why I still bother with Carbonio CE.
All the improvement points you have mentioned in your reply are more or less reasonable and needs retrospection. And we appreciate your effort on helping other users. Complain and feedbacks could be harsh and expected to be used in their relevant places, not ranting them on every other relevant and irrelevant posts. This is the expectation we have from our users. Now we can talk like this whole day or we can list what is not working. I would like to know what is not working for you and how could we solve it. So please feel free to share issues that is not working in 25.9.0.
