Webmail seams to work for all. however some users cannot get their mail via iphone and macs, this seams server related.
I have one account and tested three iphones( none can sync over imaps), tested a mac ( works fine) , tested three different networks, same results.
So what can this be ?
Where can I start looking I did find some error here and there.

I found the bug , its a IOS 18 mail bug , very specific in that if IMAP folders have special CHARS in it , my case I had a folder called "Já" , this caused this problem, after I renamed the folder all is working.
I do however think its related to the upgrade since I have tested Zimbra 9 ( new mail box with special chars in folder names ) and that works fine on same iphone with 18
