No Outgoing mail new install

Hello,

Please could you guys guide me into these.
It is a new install I'm receiving email all right and all spf dkim & dmarc are all set. However, my outgoing emails are not leaving the server. 

Looking at the logs I see:

Jan 29 16:43:50 mail postfix/smtp[1527145]: connect to xxxxxxx-com.mail.protection.outlook.com[52.101.41.4]:25: Connection timed out
Same in the GUI queue...all destinations

When I try a traceroute on port 25 I got a timeout but port 80 all goes ok also on 587, So I believe the ISP is blocking outgoing port 25.
I have tried to ask for them to open it with a negative response, but I can't change these crappy ISP is there another way for me to get my outbound mails maybe another secure port? I try to search but could found a solution about it...

Or I'm done if the isp don't open the port...and that will be for the project?
