Password zextra - how i can know it or change?

The zextras and zextras@example.com users

There is a clear distinction between these two users, which are intended to execute different tasks:

zextras

This the unix account of the administrator and must be used to carry out administrative tasks from the command line.

zextras@example.com

This is the default administrator user to be used to access the Admin UI and manage Carbonio CE from the web interface.

how change password for zextras@example.com i know,

but i need other account - zextras This the unix account administrator 

how chahge passsword for them ???

 

example:

when i write command sudo /opt/zextras/libexec/zmqstat 

system ask me password, but my password root ubuntu not working ((((

yes i can login in zextras , when  i write sudo su - zextras , system ask me password and root password ok

but if i next step write command sudo /opt/zextras/libexec/zmqstat
