Hello to all,

my question is very simple:

install carbonio ce on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS end of life Apr 2025 or install on RHEL 8 end of life May 31, 2029 the latter without subscription?

RHEL 8 without subscription is it a good choice?

If I had to choose, I would choose the RHEL 8 package

Hi,

Thank you for writing to us. I can understand your concerns.

But what I can share with you is that we are so close to releasing Carbonio CE for Ubuntu 22.0LTS, which has support until 2032. So you will see Ubuntu 22.04LTS and RHEL9 as supported OSs for Carbonio CE very soon.

So till then please stay with us with your valuable feedback.

Take care and have a good day!

Regards,

Sharif

Carbonio 24.3 can be installed on Ubuntu 22.04. RHEL 9 support is ongoing and upcoming, we already announced it
