I have been successful in importing mailboxes from a Zimbra export (TGZ format) into Carbonio 24.1.0. The issue I have come across is the Briefcase files do not get imported. Has anyone figured out how to import the Briefcase? I have looked over the rest api, but do not see /Briefcase URL being supported.

Thanks for writing to us.
Carbonio CE does not have a briefcase in its directory structure. Therefore, you can not export it from Zimbra OSE and export it to Carbonio CE. Carbonio CE has a more sophisticated file server. If you have all the files, you can upload them in Files of Carbonio CE.

We have a number of users that have large briefcases.
Is there an endpoint for the file service? Maybe I can use the rest API?
If not, wee will tell users they need to re-upload.
