I noticed this minor bug after 25.9.0.
Steps to recreate:
1. Lockout an Account by failing logon password 3x or more.
2. Logon to Admin Portal and you will see that the particular Account is flagged as Lockout
3. Click to Open that Account, and notice that Account Status field still says Active.
Seems that the actual Account Status is not reflected in real-time within the Account itself.
