Advanced Filter - Date filter returns no results

Filtering by date in the "Advanced Filter" section doesn't work and returns no results. I have tried varying combinations to get something to work and bizarrely, the only time filter that does sometimes work is the "Sent before" filter.

All of the other filters work without issue.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
