[Solved] Backup Retention Period – Can We Set It in Hours Instead of Days?

Hi Zextras team and community,

I’m currently configuring the backup settings in Zextras Suite and was wondering:

Is it possible to define backup retention or snapshot intervals in hours instead of just days?

For some of our testing and dev mailboxes, we’d like to retain backups only for a few hours or perform snapshots every 6 hours rather than once per day. I couldn’t find this option in the documentation—am I missing something, or is this only doable via CLI or scripting?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you have active license of Zextras suite, I would suggest you to open a ticket on our support portal for any kind of assistance. In that way, it would be more convenient for you.
