we didn't understand how to add external email accounts (es: xxx@gmail.com.....yyy@latuapec.it) to the web GUI anyone can help?

Right now the feature of adding external accounts in Carbonio CE is not available. But we will forward this to our dev teams for their evaluation.

As per my discussion with our DEV teams, right now there are no plans to add support for “external Account” (IMAP/POP) in Carbonio CE in the product roadmap of Carbonio CE.
