How to brand zextras carbonio

I've just installed my multi-node zextras carbonio.
I want to put my own colors, logo and background image on the user and admin sides.
I can't figure out how to do it. In the official documentation, it says to create a custom directory in /opt/zextras/web.
After that, no more hints, can someone please help me?
