Firstly, don't take this type as something bad, it's just a question and satisfaction survey about users. I want to migrate from Zimbra (since everyone knows that Zimbra Free has been discontinued, at least officially), and Carbonio came up as an option, I've been studying this for months, and I came across countless questions:
1 - It seems that after version 25.9 (if I'm not mistaken, released almost 6 months ago) things went wrong, numerous complaints, problems resolved, and problems that return after updates .
2 - High delay in solving problems, weeks, months for resolution, in the business environment this is very complicated.
3 - Forum support leaves a lot to be desired, it seems like there is only one person.
4 - I've seen people commenting that their forum ranking was reduced due to questions asked.
5 - Documentation is not the best...
Among other questions, but I would like to know from the staff (users) what they really think about this project removed link
