Mobile clients like Gmail or Outlook fail to connect to IMAP

Hi,

We are currently on Carbonio Version 24.9.1. I have two specific issues. 

1. Thunderbird, after upgrade of Thunderbird to version 128.9.0esr, fails to store the sent mails to sent folder on the server. Mails are sent, there are no issues, but sent mails are not stored. We do not see any logs on the server indicating what went wrong. 

2. After phone updates and updates to mobile clients like Gmail or Outlook, mobile clients fails to connect to IMAP server. Here the logs indicate only:

INFO [ImapServer-146] [ip=10.0.0.141;cid=271;oip=122.171.20.73;via=Gmail/6.0.250316.1795940,10.0.0.141(nginx/1.24.0);ua=Zimbra/24.9.7_ZEXTRAS_202410;] imap - ID elapsed=0 (NIO)

Outlook says, invalid user name or password and Gamil fails with message "Something went wrong". But credentials are proper. Web client and even the Thunderbird is able to connect with same credentials. 

How do we fix it? Any suggestions?
