Is there a way to enlarge the default font when PRINTING AN EMAIL.

Some emails will print with normal font size.  But some have font that is so small, our users have to scale to 150% to read it.

The General Setting below, doesn't seem to help:

Appearance
Choose size and style for the Carbonio environment.

Is there a setting somewhere I am missing?
Thank you

Hi,

Could you please share more details? Like.

  1. What OS & Carbonio Version you are using?
  2. In What Font you are having such trouble?

I tried to print a test email with all the settings at default and found the output normal.

Regards,

Latest as of this post: 24.12.3.

I don't touch the fonts. In Settings: I have checked: Automatically resize the text depending on the device.

I am just using default setting for Rich Text within the web interface.  But when you select to PRINT an email, and the browser Print Dialogue box appears, some emails have issues.

1 . Font very small.

2. Paragraphs do not always wrap and are cut off.

3. You cannot successfully print the entire message thread (horizontal limitations).

Chrome seems more problematic than Firefox.

On Firefox, by selecting: Fit to page width, Margins=Minimum, Format= Original (if graphics are in email) or Simplified (if only text is in email) is the only way to manipulate it.
