Hi,
I am using Carbonio CE version 24.3.0. Sometimes when I do a search for email, clicking on the searched email, the email content (on the right hand side) will remain blank.
Right click on that email, choose Show in New Window, will also result in blank new tab.
However, right click and I choose Show Original, the content of the email appears in a new tab, though in the original format.

I just checked the issue on a 24.3.0 and found "Open on a new window" is working as expected. Could you please clear the cache or change the browser to try again?
Also, I would highly suggest you to upgrade your server to 24.7.1 as we are about to enter 24.9.0.
