We are in the process of validating Zextras Carbonio CE version 24.5.0, but after installation following the manual, we have noticed the following issue:
The session expires and we are unable to log in again, requiring us to execute the command "zmcontrol restart".
Any tips for this issue?

1. Have you installed manually role by role or using a script?
2. Is this a single node or multi node?
3. On which OS do you have installed Carbonio CE?
4. have you issued command zmcontrol start (as zextras user)? Was it effective?
but, most important
5. Have you found some relevant message in the logs?

The issue we encountered has been resolved; it was due to a firewall (NAT rule) problem.
