I am managing a Zextras powered email system for a growing organization & as our user base expands; I want advice on optimizing performance and ensuring smooth operations; I am dealing with a large number of email accounts, some with high storage usage & i m concerned about potential performance issues in the future.
What are some best practices for handling large scale email accounts in Zextras?? Should I focus on storage optimization strategies like archiving or setting up storage quotas? There are any suggestion configurations for ensuring that Zextras can efficiently handle a high volume of incoming & outgoing emails without slowing down??
I also use tableau for some internal reporting & I am curious if it can be integrated to monitor performance metrics within Zextras or if there are better tools available please share with me.
