Zextras Core Error/Not Loading after Upgrade.

Upon updating Zextras to 3.0.3 a few weeks back, we have been unable to get into Zextras Core. We have been receiving a "JavaScript error encountered in method ZaOverviewPanelController.prototype._overviewTreeListener" error. Today I upgraded to Zextras Suite 3.0.4. Now we are not receiving the error, the pages just doesn't go anywhere. When opening the Chrome JAVA Console using the /?dev=1, and clicking Core we get three errors with the ones below.

_cyModulePanelController.ts
DwtShell.js

I have been working with support, but we have been unable to resolve the issue. Anyone else have a similar issue, and know how to get it resolved?
