Urgent: Store Login Problem

Hi all

I need to login to the Store but forgot my password. When I click on "Forgotten Password" and enter my E-Mail address it says "Success: A new password has been sent to your e-mail address." but unfortunately I don't get the email, maybe because the ISP still didn't configure reverse DNS. I just tried to reset my password again a minute or so before this post.

I really need to upgrade our ZxBackup License for a Migration that will take place tomorrow evening CET.
