Problem with migration Tool

I'm trying to migrate my old zimbra server to new server using Zextras Migration Tool. Before that, I have Zextras Backup Suite installed in my old zimbra server. After uninstall Zextras backup suite and install zextras migration tools. Migration process not run. "Request ignored since module ZxBackup is not running". I already trying to clear cache on both server and web browser client, not solve the problem.
