I have Zimbra v8.5.0 installed in my server. I downloaded http://www.zextras.com/download/zextras_migration_tool-latest.tgz and tried to install it, but without success:
[root@mail zextras_migration_tool-1.8.17]# ./install.sh all

Do you have some beta versions of your migration tool which compatible with the latest version of Zimbra?
