Dear Team

Thank you for developing such an intelligent platform.

We have been using Carbonio CE for almost a month for one of our mailservers. And we would like to move our legacy Zimbra servers to Carbonio.

However, few of the features are not functioning (outgoing mail disclaimer) on the said Carbonio CE server.

The one which we need to fix urgently is Message Arrival Notification to a different mailbox. It works in our Zimbra mail server(s), but not on Carbonio.

I have gone through all the steps, and looking at the logs, but unable to find out any related issues.

We are using version 24.9.5 Community Edition.

Dear team

Any guidance will be appreciated. If we cannot solve this feature, then we may need to move away from CarbonIO

@integtr-sam what do you mean with outgoing mail disclaimer?  Which are the other features you are missing? Carbonio is (has become) a different platform than Zimbra, so you might never find some of them on Carbonio.

About the Message Arrival Notification to a different mailbox, I think a similar function might be on our developers' TODO list, I need to check if I can find some more info

@stefanodavid The disclaimer part is working now. I had to run couple of commands at server side alongside adding the texts at Web Interface. Which is actually time saving.

Now trying to find to make this mail arrival notification to work. If you suggest the feature is yet to be developed or completely enabled, then we can work on something with filters. Certain employees need to have such notices enabled due to their nature of work.

Thank you for your, response Stefano. We are using Carbonio and encouraged to use it for longer term. We will explore the commercial version in coming weeks.
