Zimbra loops back to myself

Hi All,

I have 2 email server Zimbra with the following information :
domain : example.com
server1 (old): mail.example.com - IP 192.168.100.1
server2 (new): mail.example.com - IP 192.168.100.2

i am newly migrate from old zimbra to new Zimbra mail server with same schema (domain, hostname). Old email server still use to other purpose and it have 1 account with name user1@example.com. New email server has been used as production server.

I want all email with recipient user1@example.com will forward to old email server with change transport smtp:192.168.100.1:25. But i get output error like this

: mail for 192.168.100.1:25 loops back to myself

any idea with my problem?
