disabling incoming email per user

hi,

I have 3 accounts used only by admins to manage their domains. they have separated personal accounts to avoid dispersion of admin credentials (mobile, personal computer).

I would like to completely disable incoming mails but still keep login working for just that three accounts.

Is that possible?

by the way, it seems that I'm the only using this module and finding issues
