I have recently been having some issues with the ZeXtras backup program (since last upgrade) where I am getting email notifications of customizations backups that have failed. The regular SmartScan is successful however I would like to get this addressed. I have 4 customers (all different servers, not linked together) using the product and each one of them are failing, but on different files/folders. I am getting "File does not exist" errors however there are files there in the folders.
ZeXtras Suite Version: 2.6.4
Zimbra version: 8.8.8_GA_2026 20180405163320 20180405-1651 FOSS
The errors are:
Server 1: Error : File does not exist /opt/zimbra/conf/templates/mail
Server 2: Error : File does not exist /opt/zimbra/conf/templates/voicemail
Server 3: Error : File does not exist /opt/zimbra/conf/templates/share
Server 4: Error : File does not exist /opt/zimbra/conf/templates/mail
Any suggestions?
