Our backup path is a NFS mount from the Zimbra box onto a freeNAS 9.3 supermicro storage box and the mounted backup directory from Zimbra looks like this;
zimbra@mail:/mnt/backup/mail_backups/zcs85$ ls -la
total 1006
drwxr-x--- 5 zimbra root 7 May 16 23:07 .
drwxrwxrwx 3 root root 3 Nov 30 11:20 ..

We use Crashplan Pro to offsite-backup the zcs85 directory.
My understanding is that the ZFS file system and NFS services running on our backup path (FreeNAS) are case-sensitive. ( we have been successfully backing up to it for some years...)
Would anyone care to suggest what the problem might be? Does it have to do with that lock file?
Regards,
Julian
