Hello,

I've many questions. I hope that you can help me.

I did a fullscan whis zxbackup. It didn't succeed. I've no result in webpage.

I receive, just after launching this task a mail which indicate me that the heap size was too low. (256M for 8GB of total memory). I decide to upgrade it to the value of 1600M.

I can't run zimbra anymore. I obtain the following error during zimbra restart

Host localhost
Stopping vmware-ha...Done.
Stopping zmconfigd...Done.
Stopping stats...Done.
Stopping mta...Done.
Stopping spell...Done.
Stopping snmp...Done.
Stopping cbpolicyd...Done.
Stopping archiving...Done.
Stopping antivirus...Done.
Stopping antispam...Done.
Stopping proxy...Done.
Stopping memcached...Done.
Stopping mailbox...Done.
Stopping logger...Done.
Stopping ldap...Done.
Host localhost
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Enabled services read from cache. Service list may be inaccurate.
Starting ldap...Done.
Failed.
ldap_url and ldap_master_url cannot be the same on an ldap replica...

I noticed that hostname equal to localhost... and that zimbra crashed.

I restored the initial value of this parameter and the issue was the same.

I restored a snapshot made 2 minutes before and zimbra run, the hostname is ok and the restart successful.

Could you explain me :

- How to upgrade heap_size without killing my mail server ?
- How to make an initial backup ?

Thanks.

Séb
