Option to exclude mail from backup/import?

Hi, we are using Zextras trial and would like to know if there is a way we can run the import without the mail? We would like to only migrate preferences, and create distribution lists and we will use the build in ZCS migrate wizard to copy the mailboxes over.

We are looking at the backup files created by Zxbackup and it creates folders like this:

That is the email for one of our users. In the "account_info" file it seems to have the preferences and all that stuff, and within the items folder seems to be all the emails and inbox stuff. If I were to delete/rename the "items" folder, should this import process get the preferences and skip the mailboxes(since they won't be found)?
