Hi all,

Sometimes when purge jobs run, the i/o on our mailbox servers can cause Nagios to fire alerts which we would like to ignore.

Is there a way to define a pre- and a post- hook on ZxBackup jobs, which we would use to execute a script that would do this work on our Nagios?

One thought I had is to stop using ZeXtras' scheduling and use a script like the one in https://forums.zextras.com/zxbackup/970-increase-full-scan-schedule-frequency.html to start the jobs, but this would only take care of my start downtime trigger. There is currently no trigger when a job ends, other than the zextras notification email.

Thanks,
Sotiris.
