Restore missing contacts

Hi All

A little new to the backup feature in Zextras. We have a user who seems to have deleted a folder in her contacts list and some contacts. I have checked the dumpster and can't see it in there so hoping it's in a backup.

How would 1 go about restoring some contacts to the user or even another user to check before re importing
