[Solved] Write permission missing on backup directory - after uploading the license

Hi, hope you can help me!

Since i uploaded my license all smart and full scans failed with the error message "write permission missing on backup directory". The same installation without my purchased license (trial mode) worked well. The owner and the group of the backup directory are "zimbra". The write permission for the user is set.
I have no idea for the reason my zextras backup don't work anymore!!!
