I just had a failed import from one of our customers when we wanted to migrate their Zimbra Collaboration Servers Content to our Zimbra Hosting Server.
Zimbra is NE 7.2
ZeXtras Version: 1.2.11 (I know there is a newer version, but we did the testing with this version, that's why we also used the same version for the productive migration).
When I started the import the first time with all domains and accounts added to the import procedure, the import failed immediately because it complained about the licensing as the ZxBackup saw 26 Accounts and we only have a 25 License for both, Zimbra and ZxBackup. On the Zimbra Server I had 1 Admin Account and 3 System Accounts (HAM, SPAM and Virus.Quarantine) and I wanted to import 21 User Accounts (1 Admin, 1 wiki, 19 users), 3 Ressources and 4 System Accounts (HAM, SPAM, Virus.Quarantine and galsync).
I then deleted the already imported stuff, started the Zimbra Backup and did a fullscan from ZxBackup. After some time I finally managed to get the import started when I excluded the 4 Customer System Accounts, the Customer Admin and the customers wiki account from the import.
Nevertheless after 3 hours and some minutes I got the email that the import failed, containing the following error:

So here come my questions:
1. Why did the initial import fail? 1 Admin Account from our side + 1 Customer Admin + 19 User Account totals to 21 Accounts that need a license. Is there a known bug in ZxBackup counting the accounts for import?
2. What does the java.lang.NullPointerException mean? I'm not a Java guy and have no idea what this error means. I checked the import log and all I could see when the error was thrown, were INFO messages, no Warning and no Error at the end of the log file.
It was already the 2nd time this happened. After the first failed migration our customer already deleted some unneeded accounts so that the count is lower, and again we ran into the very same problem.

3. P.S. I just started an import for testing purpose. The import now started at the very first time. The accounts I excluded this time are the 4 System Accounts from our customer (HAM, SPAM, Virus.Quarantine and galsync). I was surprised that the import started this time, as none of the 4 excluded accounts needs a license from Zimbra. Do they need one for Import with ZxBackup?
