Hi,
I've got a problem. I had working old zxchat (don't remember which version).
I removed zxsuite to install zxmigration tool.
After having export the accounts I wanted. I removed zxmigration tool.
Now I can reinstall latest zextra suite but zxchat service refuse to start with the following message:
$zxsuite chat doStartService module
Service module could not be started, since one or more mandatory sub-services failed to start.
The following mandatory sub-services failed to start:
- database: Unable to start chat DB handler
What can I do to restore the service?
Edit:
I found the solution.
- I removed zextra_suite ( ./install.sh -u )
- I restored the /opt/zimbra/conf/zextra from Monday backup
- I reinstall last version of zextra_suite
now everything works fine.
