Does Zxchat work with zimbra desktop?

Zxchat work when i login on web browser but not on Zimbra desktop
When i open zimbra desktop i got this error
"The Zextras Chat Server is not installed or is currently disabled. Please contact your administrator"

I'd like to know whether Zxchat is compatible with Zimbra desktop or not?
If it's compatible please suggest me the solution.
