We have just upgraded Chat from 1.20, which worked perfectly, to 1.21 and now when we send a message it is delivered but we get a popup error message on the sending client and the receiving client. Is there a fix or how did I downgrade to 1.20 please?
We are using Zimbra 7.2 with ZeXtras 1.8.17. The clients are running Windows with a recent Chrome browser.
The sending client gives the following message in a ZeXtras Error popup:
