Hi there,
We are moving+upgrade our multi server Zimbra NE 8.6 p6 into 8.7.1 on new cluster (different server). After migration & upgrading successfully done, I'm using rsync to sync Zextras Chat data for each mailbox.
The problem is, when user accessing new cluster, they found an empty buddy list. What missing step maybe related to this problem?
