The Zextras server i currently disabled or not installed

Hi

I have recently re-enabled the Zextras suite, and deployed the latest ZXchat zimlet, but I'm getting this error all of the time.:

The ZeXtras Chat server is not installed or is currently disabled.
Please contact you Administrator.

The server is installed and running.

What am I doing wrong ?
