I finally installed the 8.6.0 patch for zimbra, zextras update 1.10.3 and the new zxchat zimlet last night on my server, all is good except two minor annoyances. The sidebar does not seem to work as before and emoji's dont show.
Now, when the chat is in sidebar view, it only takes up about 1/3 of the height and then adds a scroll bar (leaving 2/3 of the space blank and unused), instead of spanning the height of the window entirely (actually looks to be the same size as dock view.) When I put it in dock view, it works as expected.
The emoji's also dont show, I just see 🙂
It appears to function correctly other than emojis the rendering aberration.
I've tried Chromium (my normal browser), firefox and I went ahead and tried Chrome on a win7 virtual machine. I also flushed the zimlet cache for the heck of it.
when using dev=1 in the java console the only error I see is
GET https://{REDACTED}/service/zimlet/com_zextras_chat/emojione.sprites.css.map 404 (Not Found)
I suspect this is the cause of the emoji's
