about galsync and exchange service

hello

i am trying for 30 day zextra

first, Zextra Mobile works directly and i can now connect smartphones with account type "exchange", amazing feature !

but contact syncrhonisation with galsync of my domaine doesn"t work yet (my first day with zextra)

1) Is there a parameter to go working with "global exchange adresse book" ?

2) if global adresse book works, can i sync all ldap information (mobile phone number of each user) to mobiles phones ?

I set up "phone number" for each user in Zimbra user list (ldap zimbra), and this information "phone number" is correctly reliable in zimbra webmail / contact tab / galsync shared folder
is there a way to have phone number of all zimbra user in mobile terminal with activesync settings
