Here's the rundown:
I just created a new account, and have migrated some old email to it. The user is able to log into the web interface and see his email. When setting it up on a phone with zxmobile, I get an "Authentication Failed" error.
I have set up an account logger for that user, and it remains empty despite repeated attempts
My Zimbra access log contains this error each time I try to connect the phone (sanitized):

I have compared these to working settings several times and have had no issues with other accounts.
Anyone have any ideas what is going on?
