can't sync after iOS 8.3 upgrade

Hi,

One of my user upgraded his iPad and iPhone recently to iOS 8.3 and unable to sync since.
Another user who upgraded to iOS 8.3 did not experience problem.

For the one with problem, I can only see these lines in the sync.log, repeated 3 times

I have tried to replicate the issue by signing in to his account on a device that didn't experience problem, and the sync gone ahead fine.
3 times the same line as above, then

2015-06-02 10:08:23,797 INFO [ZxMobile] [tid=80563;account=username@xxxxxx.xxx;id=GDOL80KJC9289D8GFFR5DN9IEG;model=iPad;oip=127.0.0.1;eas=14.1;rid=17793;] sync - Folders synchronization asked for username@xxxxxx.xxx

What is the best way to troubleshoot this or to workaround.
We have deleted the "Exchange" account profile in the iPad/iPhone and recreated the step, but it didn't help.
