outlook 2013 active sync - zxmobile functionality

Hi all

I have installed a multi node environment with zextras 1.8.9 for testing purposes and I noticed that:

1. while I'm trying to compose a new email on outlook 2013 (using active sync), I can not search the global address book.
Also, when I choose the TO button I can see only the personal address book.

2. on outlook 2013 while I'm trying to create a new appointment I can not find any of the Locations that I have configured on zimbra web interface.

I would like to know if the above functionalities are supported or both of 1 and 2 are limitations of Outlook 2013's active sync.
