Zextras Mobile and Samsung Note 4 sync error

Hello everyone, we have experienced too many synchronization issues with a Samsung Note 4 (SM-N910F), so I decide to recreate the account on the mobile phone, but now i'm not able to complete the ActiveSync configuration and I receive an error in contacting server. On this phone we have too many email account that are working correctly and I've configured the same account on other smartphone (iPhone or Samsung S3 Neo) and all works well.
Now every account I try to configure on the Note 4 give me the same error message, so I think there is some bug in Active Sync protocol implemented on this phone.
I've update ZExtras Suite on last version available and the Note also has the last software version available.
Does someone experienced the same issue?
