When writing a new mail, any files from Carbonio Files are not added. Neither one nor more is added. Different types are not added. After selecting files, there is a notification that they were added successfully, but no.
But, if you go to Carbonio Files and select a file and select: send in a new mail, a new mail is created with the file already added correctly.

Did you check if there are some permission error? I'm with some family health problems so it's difficult to be totally focused on this
