Error applying filter. Message error: 

invalid request: Attempted to apply filter rules to 14349 messages, which exceeded the limit of 10000

Could you help me with how I can increase this limit?

You can increase this limit (preference is called zimbraFilterBatchSize) on a COS e.g:

zmprov mc default zimbraFilterBatchSize 20000
