I'm testing carbonio-ce, I've completed all the installation steps but I can't access the web-email or the admin panel.
This message appears when I try to log in: "Authentication policy requires additional steps: contact your administrator for more information."
Regardless of the username I use, whether the password is right or wrong, the message is the same. It seems to me that there is something blocking or unfinished.

@sharif Hello. I have the same problem. I installed many times but the issue persist.
I have a Ubuntu Server 22, Carbonio last version. First I have a ISPConfig 3 with NGINX to front end to allow the WAN connection, behind this server is installed Carbonio with NGINX.
When I redirect from the router directly to Carbonio server the issue not appear, and I can enter correctly.
If I turn back the router changes to redirect from ISPCONF 3 Nginx server, I see the longing page but when I try to enter the message appear again.
I wish to be enough clear 🙂
