Good morning.
We've recently migrated from zimbra to Carbonio. First of all, thank you for all the efforts you are doing! 😉
This is the version that we have installed: Carbonio Release 24.1.0
Our users are reporting some things:
- Del key does not work. It'll be perfect to be able to delete files. I know it's already reported.
- From an email, to be able directly to Create an Appointment or Task. In Zimbra it's possible and it's a feature that we use a lot.
- Contact Groups. It does not work in the WebUI properly. You can add a Contact Group, but then it's not visible and the members are not added. It seems that it work well in the App
- Distribution Lists. We have a few distribution lists, but the users don't remember very well the names. For example, one of the is distribution-list-number-1@ourdomain.com . In zimbra if the user wrote "list" without quotes in the send to field (or any middle characters in the name), that list was proposed by the system. Now it seems that only will appear if you write the begining of the name ("distribution")
- If you double click on a message , the message is opened in a new tab. But some icons are missing there (sometimes the Reply button) , and also the Subject of the mail is missing. If the reply icon is available and you reply to the message it seems nothing happens, but the reply window is opened in the first tab (not in the tab we are now)
- It will be very good if the main window could be organized other way. Similar as zimbra, where the user can choose the structure of the Reading pane (at the bottom, none, on the right )
- Shared calendars. In some cases the users are having problems hiding/showing some of the available shared calendars. And it seems it's aleatory.
- On the App you are able to see your personal calendars. When you have more than one private calendar, on the app they are available and you can show/hide them. But , if someone has shared his calendar with you, you are not able to see that calendar on the App. Is there any possibility to achieve this?
Don't know if I've explained myself ok. Maybe some of them there's another way to do and we will be very grateful if someone knows how.

Another thing we've found . If the sender asks for "Request read receipt" , in the App you can decide if you send it or not. But in the WebUI it's not possible to choose "Do not notify". Until you choose "Notify" the message keeps appearing ...

Other user is telling us, that in zimbra he used Tasks a lot, and that when editing a task , the editor was very complete (you could add images, files, bold letters, format.. )
In Carbonio, when you create a Task, it only allows you to edit plain text

@sistemak-imh Tasks has currently only limited functionalities, but more are foreseen for the future.
Good morning all. One strange behavior. We have an email sent from USER1 to USER2, USER3, USER4...
Let' suppose USER2 replies to the message
In the WEBUI , the users see at first sight that the sender of the reply is USER2, but in the APP , it seems as it the reply is from USER1.

We also noticed that attach mails features in the Compose mail/New Email window is missing. Can we enable the attach mails feature in the Carbonio Core Version 24.1.0?
If yes, I cannot see attributes related to this feature under "carbonio prov". In zimbra version 8.8.15_GA_4372.FOSS, We have this feature.
Additionally, Copy and paste the image directly into the email body is not working. Like I took screenshot and paste it into email, sent to the people (like gmail, yahoo etc..) and they received the email as just blank on their end.
