I will only update after months of release and with complete certainty that there are no new or old problems returning. Unfortunately, my confidence in the product has been lost, and in fact, if there isn't a real reason to update, I won't...
In versions prior to 25.9, everything was very good.
I ended up migrating new installations to Zimbra Maldua and so far everything is ok, and in the future I intend to migrate the installations I have from Carbonio as well.
I know problems happen in any product, but how we deal with them makes a difference.
I did a fresh install (not an upgrade) to test the latest version on Ubuntu 24.04 and I'm having the same problem in both Webmail and AdminWeb: "Something went wrong"...

@carloscunha
Hi,
That's strange. I did a test few minutes back and everything was fine.
I would really like to understand what is happening in your case.
Please feel free to suggest what we could do.
Thanks

I honestly don't know how to solve these problems, but today I can't even install Carbonio without encountering the error message.
The last test follows this pattern:
- VirtualBox VM
- Ubuntu 24.04
- DNSMASQ configuration (for simple and fast DNS resolution on the test domain)
- Apt update and upgrade
- Download the installation script
- Run the script
- Currently, there are no errors in this process (unlike before when it wouldn't even finish)
- However, the same error always occurs since the last 3 versions, webmail and web admin access errors.
NOTE: Since every comment I make requires moderation approval, and this takes a long time or isn't even approved, it's difficult to help in any way.
