I've successfully set up the Email and Files mobile apps on Android, and chat feature via browser/web is no issue so far, but I want to test Zextras Chat (mobile app) and always encounter the error message "Something went wrong, please try again later" and "error: unknown_error." Is this feature only available in the paid version? I've tried searching for solutions but haven't found any. Thank you

Same behavior here, using Carbonio CE 24.9.5 and Android app v2.2.6_release
install packages carbonio-advanced carbonio-advanced-cli and creat password Auth
@ratatuy17 may you please share more about that needed Auth? Does it work at all on Carbonio CE?

the problem was solved when i reinstalled the completely free version of Zextras Chat (mobile app) from <a href=" removed link " target="_blank" rel="noopener">seruapk.
New version of mobile chat apps has come.(not Zextras chat but Carbonio chat)

Don't forget to open port 5222 on your server.
